Introduction
Psychiatric emergency interventions constitute an important point in the process of construction of the dialogic identity of “services users”; from the modalities of management of the so-called situations of "emergency", is possible to promote configurations different from those that can generate the institutionalization of services users. In order to reconfigure the "emergency" and to anticipate institutionalization scenes, the operator has to operate on management of the interactive-dialogical processes and therefore to the management of all the interaction context. One of the aspects that weigh on the efficacy of the interventions is constituted by the relational and managerial competences of the operators.
Method
In this contribution will be discussed the critical aspects noticeable in operators training through the distinction between “personal identity” and “role identity”. Beginning from such critical analysis, will be proposed a modality of construction of training coherent with the Dialogic Model, that allows to the psychiatric emergency operator the effective positioning in the assigned role.
Discussion/results
The use of the Dialogic Model in the training of the operators allows to define courses that, concurring the passage from “personal identity” to “role identity”, permit to the person its efficacious positioning in the assigned role.
