Culture, art, work of art, message to mankind, new world, dialogue, creativity, humanity, freedom... I delved pretty deeply in my deliberations. It is important and interesting though, to see how all these high end ideas translate into every day life. Luckily for me, there were five smart people to discuss all this stuff with. I wasn't worried about finding the right question to start with so much as I was worried about keeping the coversation going. I was wrong, though, and neither took much effort on my part.
Well, first things first... Next time I entered the classroom, I announced my question right away, ''Why do we read books?'' Silence, staring eyes... but not for long.
